Endlessly Courted, Finally Loved
Scandalous Seasons Book 7
A Clever Charade
Lady Beatrice Dennington has become the most courted lady of the ton--not bad for a duke’s sister. Only problem being is that the courting has never ended with an offer of marriage. Every single gentleman who has courted her has found his true love, and it hasn’t been Beatrice.
Her last humiliation, has Beatrice fed up with being a prize never claimed. She’s decided to betroth herself to a dashing Scottish laird--a completely fictional Scottish laird. Imagine Beatrice's shock when her pretend sweetheart waltzes into her life so they can continue their romance.
Lord Hamish Campbell is a man out for revenge. He will use anyone or anything in order to seek his vengeance--even the sweet, Lady Beatrice Dennington. It's the lady's own bad luck that she used the name of a real man for her ruse.
A Chance for Love
Driven by their own reasons, Beatrice and Hamish unite in the ultimate charade.
With each passing day they spend together, the line between real and pretend is blurred. And it isn't long before Beatrice finds herself falling completely for the dashing Scot. Can she show a man buried in the past, to embrace a future...with her? Or is Hamish's need for revenge destined to keep them apart?
Reader Reviews
I love Christi Caldwell's writing.
I am an avid reader. I especially love historical romances that are well researched on history with some spice. Christi Caldwell is good at this and makes her heroes and heroines work for their happily ever afters.
Beatrice and Hamish are a perfect match.

My Perfect Match
This Caldwell Regency novel does not disappoint. The hero is almost magical in some ways, being tall, handsome, singing and playing, dancing beautifully, and in general being a welcomed relief from all other unloveable suitors. Our heroine is one we want to see find her perfect match. She needs to be wowed, and she is.

Entertaining and sweet
When I read Beatrice's brother, Robert and Helen's book, I knew then that Beatrice would have an entertaining story. It did not disappoint. The characters were wonderful as was the story. I was hooked from the first few pages. The story was unique, interesting, entertaining throughout, and had a little heat.

Wonderful Read
Lady Beatrice has waited a long time for her HEA. I was laughing and crying and everything in between while reading this book. I was so immersed in this story I nearly forgot I wasn’t in Regency London myself. Go read this book. You won’t be disappointed.
